13. Who can I contact if I have a complaint about the SEN provision made for my child?

 

  • If you have a complaint about the SEN provision then we advise that you first contact the SENCO, Mrs Bolton on 0121 692 1051.

  • Following a meeting with the SENCO and appropriate staff, if you feel that your concerns have not been addressed then you should refer to the school’s complaints policy.
